March is the magic month when sap starts flowing and fresh Maple Syrup becomes available. What better way to celebrate the start of maple sugaring than with a delicious Maple recipe in a hands-on class using boiling water canning method to preserve your jars of homemade goodness.
Join us Saturday, March 24th from 3-4:30pm at The Perkins Mansion where CCE Master Food Preserver, Michele Conners will teach participants how to make their own Apple-Maple Jam.
Fee is $22.00 per participant.
Each participant will take home their own jar of Apple-Maple Jam.
