Gifts From the Kitchen

It's not too early to start thinking of upcoming holidays when everyone enjoys homemade gifts from the kitchen! This Pop-Up will be limited to 6 people. $30.00 per person. We'll make 3 items using different home preservation techniques and we'll look at which jars to use for gift giving.

You'll take home samples of each along with recipes and confidence to make and give these beautiful treats from your own kitchen!

Grainy Mustard (refrigeration). You'll also receive mustard seeds for your at-home recipe. 

Raspberry Cocoa Spread (water bath). Delicious on ice cream, toast or from the spoon! 

Herbed Salts (drying). You'll also learn to make a hanging bag for drying fresh herbs.

Date: Thursday, November 14  6:30 - 9:00 pm. 

Venue: Penfield home of our Master Food Preserver; address to be provided at registration.
