The WNY Food Incubator is a shared-use commercial kitchen. Currently, the facility is undergoing renovations and is expected to be completed by December 2018. Once open, clients of the WNY Food Incubator will also be able to receive business support services through the program.
All the classes are FREE with the exception of our ServSafe Certification Class ($100). This is a good opportunity for anyone who is considering bringing a product to market! You can sign up also for individual classes only. For the free classes, all that we ask is that you register online in advance. All classes will be held at CCE-Niagara located at 4487 Lake Avenue in Lockport.
