Growing Potatoes 101 - Virtual Workshop

  • Thursday, April 11, 2024, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM

Growing potatoes can be a fun, rewarding activity. Homegrown potatoes fresh from the garden taste delicious. If you’ve never had homegrown potatoes, you’re in for a real treat!

Join our Growing Potatoes 101 – Virtual Workshop to learn how to grow them. Our farmer-presenter Ed Fraser, Fraser’s Garlic Farm, will discuss key steps to growing spuds in your garden. From planting & care, pest & disease prevention to harvest & storage, this workshop will help aspiring gardeners, hobbyists and homesteaders to successful harvest.

Participants can also purchase a carefully selected Potato Medley at registration. Buy our 4-gourmet variety Potato Medley for only $12, and grow something NEW!

  • Soraya - yellow skin / yellow flesh, disease resistant, good for organic growing
