DESCRIPTION:Garlic is one of the easiest plants to grow in your vegetable
 plot, and fall is the perfect season for planting! Join our virtual workshop and learn directly from the grower. Our
 presenter, Ed Fraser, will cover topics from planting, growing, harvesting, curing, and storing garlic, including common 
 pests and
 diseases. He will discuss the difference between hardneck and softneck garlic types, and what it takes to grow garlic using organic 
 methods. Additionally, the CCE Monroe Nutritionist, Alyssa Van VanValkenburg, will discuss the health benefits of garlic and share some yummy recipes! You can purchase garlic at registration
