CCE Monroe Program Fee Structure

Effective January 1, 2025, our FEE FOR SERVICE RATE will be adjusted for agreements or contracts signed after this date. This does not apply to programs funded by grants.

For the past decade, CCE Monroe has maintained consistent fees for our services without any changes. After a thorough review of our current costs and the value provided through our programs, we have made the decision to update our fee structure. While we have worked diligently to keep fees as affordable as possible, this adjustment is necessary to address the rising costs of delivering high-quality programs and services. Even with this increase, our fees remain below the actual value and expenses required to provide these impactful experiences.

The base rate for workshops (whether standalone or part of a series) will now be $100. However, we have implemented a sliding scale to accommodate organizations of varying budget sizes. We trust each organization to self-report their budget category.

Please note some requested workshops incur supply purchases which continue to be the responsibility of the organization. These costs will be included in the invoice.
