The Monroe County 4-H program is now offering Wellness Wednesday: Moonshot Thinking Fall Series! This three session series is open to youth ages 8+ with commitment for the entire series. There are limited spaces available.

Participants must be 4-H members. There is an option to enroll at the time of registration. Enrollment fee is $20/youth, $50/family maximum. Fee waivers will be considered upon request.

Sessions will be during the week of a Full Moon cycle:

  • Wednesday, September 22: 4-5:15pm
  • Wednesday, October 20: 4-5:15pm
  • Wednesday, November 17: 4-5:15pm

This virtual workshop series will guide youth to actively include wellness as a fun and important part of their daily lives with awareness of the life cycles in nature while inspired by the full moon and a theme. Each week there will be an ice breaker, which will include an audio/visual education, guided meditation or relaxation technique. Students are encouraged to express their goals or dreams with the creation of a vision board.

Please register by Friday, September 17th to secure your spot!
