This seminar covers the things you should do in the fall whether you have an annual or perennial garden to help ensure a successful garden the next year. Learn about fall activities to improve your lawns and gardens and to prepare for winter and the subsequent Spring season. Topics include bringing tender bulbs and plants indoors, protecting marginally hardy perennials, planting spring-flowering bulbs, reducing carryover of pests and disease, protecting evergreen plants from desiccation, mulching, protecting against mice and rabbits, and minimizing snow mold in lawns.
