Marvelous Microgreens

Microgreens are a nutritious powerhouse. They can be used as a garnish or seasoning for your wither dishes, in the smoothies and even baking. Grown them on your kitchen counter top or window sill all winter long, it is fun and super-easy - if you know how!

In this class you'll learn about different seeds that can be used for microgreens and how to grow them. Participants will receive a starting kit and a simple know-how tips to start their first harvest.
