Insect & Tick Submission

Each insect or tick sample is $20.00 for cash/check and $21.00 for credit card. Forms can be emailed to you or you can fill them out at the office. Email monroe@cornell.edu to request forms.

Blacklegged tick (Ixodes scapularis)

Each sample is $20.00 (cash/check) or $21.00 (credit card). We do not test for Lyme disease. Forms can be emailed to you or you can fill them out at the office.

Place tick(s) in a container with a small amount of isopropyl or rubbing alcohol.

White grubs are found underground feeding on plant roots from August- November

and April. Grub control treatment may be needed If there are 4-12 grubs/sq. ft.
