Calling all Monroe County community members! Come explore three different composting methods—including traditional 3-bin systems, tumblers, Bokashi, and vermicomposting.

You'll hear from knowledgeable presenters, get your composting questions answered, and walk away with helpful resources (and a special takeaway!).

This event will also feature:

• Harvest NY – accepting soil samples from community gardens and sharing details about grant opportunities for gardens that grow food for local communities.
• Diagnostic Lab – showcasing services for soil testing and plant disease identification.
• Master Gardeners – available to assist and provide gardening advice.
• ASL Interpreters – interpretation will be available to ensure accessibility for all attendees.
