Fermentation has helped preserve food since ancient times. Come join Cornell Cooperative Extension and The People’s Pantry for a fun night of learning the basics of making sauerkraut (preserved cabbage). We will demonstrate how to make fermented foods, and learn about their uses in other cultures and their health benefits!
