Fill out the Insect and Tick Submission Form. Each insect or tick sample is $20.00 for cash/check and $21.00 for credit card.

Include where you found the insects. Provide several insects if possible.

Blacklegged tick (Ixodes scapularis)

Fill out the Insect Submission Form and provide as much information as possible. Each sample is $20.00 (cash/check) or $21.00 (credit card). We do not test for Lyme disease. 

Place tick(s) in a container with a small amount of isopropyl or rubbing alcohol.

White grubs are found underground feeding on plant roots from August- November

and April. Grub control treatment may be needed If there are 4-12 grubs/sq. ft.
